PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Alejandra N Klopstock earned her BA degree in Psychology and her Master of Science (MS) degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. She integrates the best evidence based mental health treatments in the context of patient characteristics and culture. She has been interviewed twice on CNN EspaƱol, which was broadcast across Latin America, the United States, and Spain, and twice on a local (Atlanta, GA) radio station. She has offered expert commentary on goal attainment, depression, and PTSD.

Alejandra is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been practicing psychotherapy independently in the state of Georgia since 2001. She is a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and an Electroencephalogram (EEG), Biofeedback/ Neuro-feedback provider. She is a member of The American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Board of Forensic Evaluators (NBFE).
